On the show today, we went over the story of a woman who cut her grass during a wedding ceremony that was happening across the street. Was she in the wrong? People of the internets seem to think so.

We also talk about one author's contention that the housing market continues to be a nightmare, but not in the way he thought would happen. As a real estate agent currently working in this market, it has been a nightmare for some time on the buyer side and my contention is that it isn't just housing inventory, it's inflation.

Finally, we talk about Facebook accepting an embarrassing settlement with the department of justice on their alleged fair housing discrimination complaint. I don't use Facebook to advertise anymore, they made it too difficult and so I don't put my money there. There's something wrong in my opinion when licensed real estate agents aren't able to advertise on a platform when we know the fair housing laws are and somehow the platform makes expertise judgement in a field they aren't familiar with.
