DON’T CONFORM TO THE WAYS OF UNBELIEVERS! | MEMORIZE HIS VERSES TODAY | Romans 12:2 With Commentary!

Memorize His verses today! When we seek Him daily and remember His verses every day, we are more prepared for whatever the world throws at us. Today's Bible verse is Romans 12:2, “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.”
Chapter 12 is titled "dedicated service." Here, in verse 2, Paul is teaching about conforming to the will of God. The renewal of the mind through this conformity results in a transformation of the believer. Paul's instruction to the Romans, and us, is to recognize that God has reconciled the world through Christ and that we are transformed to the will of God and no longer behave like the world of unbelievers. Only through spiritual renewal can we discern and desire the will of God.

When we memorize His word every day, it equips us with the Word of God to defend ourselves against the enemy’s will. Number 4 - Jesus instructs us in the Great Commission, Mathew 28:16-20, that we are to continue the work He started by spreading His Good News to the ends of the earth. Today's Bible verse helps us remember His word when we need it to fulfill this instruction from Him. Number 5 - Scripture is God's wisdom to help us live more productive lives as we fulfill our purpose for His kingdom. God's word is alive, and when we remember a verse a day will help us experience all of what that means in our life. As we remember a verse a day, we are more prepared for biblical living.
