Follow-up: New York forced quarantine regulation deemed "unconstitutional"

There's been a major development to a story I first brought you in May. A lawyer sued New York Governor Kathy Hochul and the Department of Health and won big time.

Some background -- there was a quarantine regulation on the books in New York state. It allowed the health department to call on law enforcement to detain and quarantine anyone who may or may not be sick with any possible disease for an indefinite, undefined amount of time. It could have been someone of any age, including kids. It was the equivalent of medical concentration camps.

A lawyer named Bobbie Anne Cox took on the legal fight with some state lawmakers. On Friday, a New York State Supreme Court judge ruled that Governor Kathy Hochul’s forced quarantine regulation was unconstitutional. That's right - it's null. It's over. However, Bobbie Anne Cox says the legal battle worldwide could just be getting started.
