Middle Earth: Shadow of War - Iron Will in Online Conquest

*Explanation*
Because Online Conquest mode is using Uruks from another player's fortress, they have been recruited by that player, therefore they cannot have iron will as they have been branded, and cannot be above Level 80 because that is the max game level.

It is possible that the Olog in question killed one of my captains, causing him to level up and gain the trait - but I doubt it...

This game shows the real internal struggle that ensues from dying horribly with all your family then being possessed by some weird morally ambiguous devil creature who has a rather concerning obsession with acquiring and possessing Ring™.
