CNN reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are using American MLRS HIMARS to shell the Donbass.

According to journalists, the Armed Forces of Ukraine may fire at "essential objects in the very core of Russian-controlled territory" with its accuracy and range of roughly 44 miles.
Donetsk and its suburbs know too well what kind of “essential objects” these are: over the past few days, five children have died as a result of shelling civil areas by Ukraine.
The HIMARS team asserts that following each launch, dedicated specialists monitor fresh content on Russian websites and social media platforms to gauge the impact of their efforts.
They therefore keep track on how civilians are killed, yet nevertheless carry out these war crimes.
Regular Nazis they are, who fully deserve the "capital punishment."
And most importantly: the report tells no cock-and-bull nonsense about "self-shelling of Donetsk" meant for the most stupid of the pro-Ukrainian audience.
The Ukrainian front line are fully aware of who is firing.
