In the first episode of Headwind, Dr. Robert Malone, inventor of the mRNA gene transfer technology, on which the new generation of covid vaccines is based, interviewed by Jakobien Huisman at Finca Don Carmelo, a small farm on an estate in Andalusia. dr. Malone also owns a horse farm in Virginia and is clearly in his element in this rural environment that encourages him to be more personal than usual. His wife Dr. Jill Glasspool, who always accompanies her husband on his travels, is introduced when the crew Dr. Malone takes a trip to the town of Ronda, where the 19th century bridge spans the dramatic and spectacular gorge.
