Let's make homemade water

Ingredients:
3 ice cubes
Water
1/4 cup or 59ml of water

Recipe:
Start by adding 2 ice cubes to a mortar and pestle and grinding it up into a slushy. Bring a sauce pan to high heat and add in your slushy water. Once it heats up you're going to get a water consistency. Cut the heat and let it cool down. Finely chop up 1 ice cube. Add your ice cube into a blender and pulse for 30 seconds. Then take the water you sauteed earlier and add it to the blender. Take that mixture and add it to a cocktail shaker. Shaken not stirred. It's going to be cold so I always wrap a towel around it. Now this next step is optional but I like to add a pinch of flour. It just gives it that je ne sais quoi. Off camera I put it through a french press, unfortunately it didn't fit into the video timeframe. Once it's strained pour it into a bowl. I tried to mix it by hand but my dainty little girl arms couldn't handle it so I had to bust out my KitchenAid. Mix on low for 2-3 minutes. Next you're going to take ¼ cup or 59ml of that water and sprinkle it onto your cutting board. Careful not to spill! Take a rolling pin and roll it until it's about 0.0001mm thin. Then using a pipette suck up the water and pour into a glass of your choice. You know the next part. Enjoy!
