Maree has been knitting for more than 40 years and has spent the last 14 years turning her hobby into a business. She's part of Design Spun Ltd, the last worsted process commercial spinning mill in New Zealand, developing and managing it's direct to retail business, Skeinz. Maree also owns Knit August Nights - a knitting retreat that for the last 10 years has gathered international tutors and like minded crafters to share in a single passion - yarn.
