Hiking Fort Parker State Park

I got out of the house for the day and did an 8-mile hike at Fort Parker State Park here in Texas. I was worried there were issues with this park as it was the only one in the state within a 5-hour drive that wasn’t booked for day passes a month in advance! Almost no one was there. Beautiful park, friendly staff, and completely underrated!
