God's Power at Work in You

We need God’s power to overcome our current circumstances and whatever our future holds. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses God’s ability and willingness to help us—but we must decide to draw close to Him, grow our faith, and practice the Truth that we know. The Greek word “sozo” means “to be saved.” Our salvation begins when we accept Jesus as Lord of our lives, and that is the starting point of our journey with Him. Pastor Allen offers examples of when the Bible uses “sozo” to describe how a person’s faith in Jesus led to their supernatural healing—that same power is available to help believers today.
