What would you do when the squatter had actively been trying to get the title transferred in his name?

What would you do if the squatter didn’t believe he was bound by the laws of the United States?

And finally, would you believe that the squatter that was trying to get the property transferred to his name actually had the nerve to go to the police department to report a break in on “his” property?
