"I Am" Affirmations Not Working? Try This Instead

Are your "I Am" affirmations not working? If so, you're not alone. It's common to experience resistance when you claim to be something you're not (or you believe you're not). The mind is simply going to reject the idea. That doesn't do us much good.

To get around this, try a different approach. Try being instead. Being is just a fun game you play. You're not making a bold claim that may not be true. You're just deciding to play a different (improved) role in the cosmic game of life.
