Plugin: RS_FastTransfer.js

This plugin disables the loading of map data, when we're transferring the player on the same map.
Usually when we transfer on the same map, there is a small pause, because the map needs to reload itself. (Reload the assets and events.) This plugin removes the reloading part, so that the transfer can happen instantly.

Tested on Version: 1.5.1

--- HOW TO:
Just install the plugin. That's it.

--- SOME APPLICATIONS:
1- Transfer player on the same map, without having to turn them invisible and move them with 'through' on.
2- Has potential to be used in puzzles.
3- Easily move the player-character to a specific spot for a cutscene, after interacting with an event from any direction.
4- And create cool-er cutscenes!
