Quarantine Site UC 001 Contamination Disaster Elite Dangerous Lore

Quarantine Site UC-001 is an abandoned settlement on HIP 86908 3a at: -23.0028, -38.2893. It was found on the 5th June 3308
The Human signal source appears as a location on planet 3a during a system scan and the actual location of the settlement appears on the planet’s surface after a detailed surface scan.

Around the settlement there are four Settlement Comms Log Uplink points, scanning them gives background to the reason for its abandonment
