Supersize that Cuke and turn it into German slaw!

While I was out watching the honeybee swarm next to the garden, I thought I should check the cucumbers. Apparently, several cucumbers hid so well that they kept growing up to roly-poly size! Fat little pig cucumbers!

I made German cucumber salad out of the fat cukes and the rest I will make into sunshine dill pickles tomorrow (search my videos for "sunshine cukes"--it's been a couple of summers ago.)

Surprise! Even the oversized Parade cukes were still very good--not hollow, as I'd suspected. This variety--along with Diva--is a keeper.
