Quake II (PC) Gameplay Sample

Shoutout to all my fellow Left-handers out there. I apologize for all the screen tearing in this footage, but this is captured from my Windows XP rig I built, and there are a few ways to do it. One way is to use Fraps which is beyond a system hog, and the other way is to split the HDMI output from my Radeon HD 4770 (the GPU I chose for my XP rig), and capture the footage through OBS on my Windows 10 PC which is what what I am doing for this footage. I am using a cheap HDMI USB capture device I bought at walmart for this footage, for not bad quality, but quite a bit of screen tearing. I don't think my Elgato HD60s is capable of capturing footage like this, considering the game is running at over 60fps. I had to handbrake it down to 60 to align the audio.

I love Quake II, and I'm running it off the actual disk thanks to having a vintage rig. No fixes needed to get the music to work, just put the disc in to play the game, and, boom, Sonic Mayhem in your earballs.
