Should water be a "product" that becomes a marketable good or should it be FREE? For as long as I remember we ALWAYS paid water rate. Now we pay to depolute it but responsible earthling do not pollute watr sources, unless you piss in it, purchase your electricity from Ecompagnie who use river flows, use mass-produced goods requiring water or undeink coffee, wear gold necklaces and eat tons of coffee or all of those things at the same time.
