Are Shiners the BEST River Bait? (BIGGEST FISH YET)

In part 2 of the "Best River Bait" series, we are trying out live shiners and it was a multi species kind of day. Plus, I landed my biggest fish ever out of this particular river. No doubt, shiners will work!
