#Cuba 🇨🇺🩺💉 A man films the condition his dad is in a hospital in San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa. This is but one of the countless testimonies of the bad conditions of hospitals in Cuba for civilians. The myth of the “best healthcare in the world” is busted every time a Cuban makes a statement like this one. We are creating a new playlist about the truth behind the dictatorship’s health “ care “ system. The footage speaks for itself. There is a reality for tourists who pay $ to be treated in separate hospitals from Cuban nationals, who are being humiliated by the state and the false claim of “free health.”
On another note, the conditions in this hospital are not new. Growing up in the 90’s in the island, as an asthmatic, I spent most of my childhood in Cuban hospitals in Artemisa. I’m also a witness to these horrible hygienic conditions and lack of medicine. Like me, many Cubans can tell you the same thing.
One thing is the dictatorship propaganda, an another is the reality.
