Where are the Militia Marshals?

In this video we will discuss a little known concept; the American Marshal, with the power to call forth the militia. This is not the U. S. Marshal, which is equivalent to a corporate security agent, nor is it the rank of field-marshal in the U. S. military. There are positions that are similar to this, historically, around the world. However, this idea of a militia marshal is unique to the history of the Americas, and a mostly forgotten, or hidden, idea.
