[The Division]® Heroic Tanker Surprise

This was our second run of the Tanker mission on Heroic and the Toolman was looking to get himself the holster and having no luck getting exotics to drop all day. However that was not the case for me after I gave him a bullet king 3 mission before this run. Watch what happens.....
