Man discovers how the infrared sauna is superior to a conventional sauna

Al has been using regular saunas for years, he had heard of infrared saunas and thought they weren't as good but discovered that they are superior. "It is more efficient...it is instantaneous, instantly warm and evenly distributed.
It is softer. I feel it is better on my skin. This is better on my lungs. This is an improvement on the conventional sauna.
