This was on Wednesday June 29th 2022 at approximately 8:51, in Salem Massachusetts. This was 2 different traffic stops that happened at the same exact gas station. I didn't get the initial reason for the 1st traffic stop but they towed his car for expired plates. The 2nd traffic stop was for no front license plate, here in Massachusetts you are supposed to have a front license plate on your vehicle. There was a front license plate, it was in the front windshield. Here in Massachusetts if you do not have a place to screw your front license plate on, you are able to put it in your front window. This video is more for educational purposes and to motivate others to stop and film any traffic stops or police interactions. When you are filming exercise your 1st amendment right to redress your grievances with the government or its actors, using your freedom of speech.
