Why the USD is Rising in Forex while Falling in Value? #64

I make two points in this podcast:
1. In a global recession, VALUES of assets can fall. Only some food (basic necessities) hold their value.
2. Other major fiat currencies, notably the Euro, are worse than the USD for the moment.
