In 1 Corinthians chapter 16, Paul gives some warnings and instructions to the church of Corinth. Ironically, the Corinthian church was suffering from many of the modern church's issues. The people favored themselves as intellectuals and were open to questionable moral standards. The church members were proud, wealthy, and strongly desired the world's acceptance. Verse 13 instructs us to be mindful of the world's ways and remain firm in our faith.

Number 5 - Scripture is God's wisdom to help us live more productive lives as we fulfill our purpose for His kingdom.
