Making a Cannon Frame

A commission piece for a client. Had to construct a new body for the cannon that was supplied by the client, since the current body was not up to the task. Take into account, that this is literately a small mini cannon, that can shoot small round metal balls using gunpowder. Therefore, I had to make sure the body would be able to stand a lot of stress, i.e. I used a lot of interlocking pieces and pinning of parts. Made from Kiaat wood, using traditional woodworking techniques. I cheated a little with using a electric lathe machine.
