Our "Live Chat" feature is at the bottom right of our website (RickThomas.Net). It's a place for you to find quick answers for things you're looking for on our site. We are not able to provide "forum responses," but we can direct you to our resources, including our forums.

If we are not available, you can leave a ticket, and we will respond as soon as we can. We want to be responsive and practical to your needs, so let us know how we can serve you.
