As many of us are confined or working from home, we’ve put together this little video as a source to implement the Tai Chi Foundation Exercises more into our daily lives. Kevin goes through 5 of the foundation exercises, sitting at his makeshift desk.
Start by doing each foundation exercise 10 times, every hour or so. This should take you about 2 - 3 minutes. Have fun and enjoy!
