Beverly Fisher is a survivor of childhood sexual trauma & domestic violence. For a very long time she couldn’t stand being by herself. Her trauma would show up as a need to please, overachieving and health issues in her childhood. She has always been physically active and found solace in dance, acting, skating, surfing, biking, and other nature-based activities. At 17 she began exploring natural remedies and herbal preparations to help with personal health issues and found tai chi to be a blessing. She found grace & beautiful moments of mental stillness. Now 30 years later she has continued her love of movement. She guides seekers with their personal power through simple lessons, & self-explorative content.
