Combating Coronavirus in the World Dubai Police use choppers to warn StayHome violators
Dubai is using aerial patrols and state-of-the-art gadgets to reinforce the #StayHomeStaySafe message as well as sterilize the city's streets and common areas.

Dubai Police is now using helicopters to warn violators on the street and at rooftops to minimize the spread of the deadly COVID-19 disease.

The police have been seen using the patrol choppers playing out awareness messages, warning the public to stay indoors.

Dubai has initiated a two-week-long, 24-hour sterilization drive during which all residents have been advised to remain indoors but for essential work and emergencies.

UAE authorities have instructed everyone to step out of their homes to wear masks and gloves and maintain social distancing to prevent the spread of the disease.

The UAE authorities have repeatedly urged residents, in all languages popular among ex-pats, to stay at home and venture out only for emergencies.

Dubai Police yesterday said that it will now name and shame violators of the #StayHome initiative launched to fight the spread of COVID-19.

They have warned the public against flouting instructions, maintaining that legal action will be taken against violators. Non-adherence to safety measures can lead to imprisonment and/or a fine.
