In this video, we went over the anatomy and physiology of walking. Walking is efficiently done with a sling system that works as a large rubber band. The rubber band stores energy and then releases it. It does this on both left and right side which allows the body to save energy by "flinging" us like a rubber band forwards, preserving energy.
