ARS Appalachian railcar service. Is it abandoned???

This is located on Pine st. in Warren Ohio. I scoured the internet for more information, but to no avail could not find any thing reliable to tell you. It seems like it is still in business, But couldn't find a definite answer for you. At any rate I still found the property very interesting, and the places you seen me look at were not posted for no trespassing. So thought I'd give you all a quick look around. Hope you enjoyed it.
