Uncanny vs Defenders + Misty. This one was a hangover of a team from before H4H took over the War Defense Meta. In the beginning, there was Hand. Hand was the only synergy team in the game. Then came Defenders - the first synergy team worth playing. Daredevil, JJ, Power Man and Iron Fist were a core 4 with multiple options for a fifth. I ran Punisher for a long time with them. Phoenix could eat that team alive. Pulling Punisher out and putting in Misty was slightly more scary, but still not that big a deal.
