'Good Samaritan' With Gun Stopped Indiana Mall Shooter 'As Soon As He Began'

In another Democrat narrative-debunking situation, a law-abiding citizen carrying a firearm stopped a shooting in progress at a mall food court in Indiana over the weekend — and is likely to be ignored by most within the mainstream media despite overwhelming praise from leaders in the community.

In a Greenwood, Indiana, mall — roughly 15 miles south of Indianapolis — a man armed with a rifle opened fire on Sunday evening in the food court, fatally shooting three individuals and wounding two others. But then, a "a good Samaritan with a handgun," according to Greenwood police Chief James Ison, put the shooter down.

Gun control advocates stunned man who allegedly shot Indiana mall shooter labeled 'Good Samaritan'

"Someone we are calling the ‘Good Samaritan’ was able to shoot the assailant and stop further bloodshed," Meyers said in a statement. "This person saved lives tonight. On behalf of the City of Greenwood, I am grateful for his quick action and heroism in this situation."

...despite the man's apparent lack of regard for mall rules, his actions were also praised by Greenwood Park Mall representatives.

"We grieve for the victims of yesterday’s horrific tragedy in Greenwood. Violence has no place in this or any other community. We are grateful for the strong response of the first responders, including the heroic actions of the Good Samaritan who stopped the suspect," a mall spokesperson said.

A plainspoken Florida sheriff has gone viral for encouraging homeowners to shoot intruders — and potentially save tax dollars in the process.

Santa Rosa Sheriff Bob Johnson made the remarks after an unidentified Sunshine Stater fired at a burglar with at least 17 arrests on his record last week.

Johnson declared that the property owner shouldn’t be afraid to come forward because they had done nothing wrong.

“If someone breaks unto your house you are more than welcome to shoot them in Santa Rosa County,” Johnson deadpanned in front of reporters. “We prefer that you do, actually.”
