PS4 HDMI Repair Ripped Pads Total Mess From Other Engineer!

Here we have a total mess created by another engineer. This PS4 will get a full overhaul. HDMI port repaired, ripped pads and trace repair. Missing screw / parts. Damaged chassis, Thermal paste everywhere.

This is what you get when you take it to someone who "does it cheap" No care, no skill, incorrect tools used and just in it for the money!
