Romans 12:12 Lullaby

So many of us think we know scripture because we've memorized the words. But context and PERSONALITY is often removed when communicating through text. What if instead of hearing these verses as a command, we heard them as an intimate lullaby from God Himself?

Be joyful in hope,
be patient in affliction
and be grateful in prayer.

Before I chose you for me,
I could see that you'd be scared of everything
you couldn't plainly see
