Should Saran Wrap Be Sent to Ukraine?

Ukrainians sure seem to have a fascination with Saran Wrap at least with using it as a form of punishment by Saran Wrapping people to poles as you can see. In fact, they seem to like Saran Wrap so much that probably very little of it would be sold on the black market in the rest of Europe even if we sent them ample supplies of the stuff. Plus it is a lot cheaper than sending them expensive weapons systems.

One weird thing about these Saran Wrapping clips is how calmly conversational they are talking to each other. If anybody out there speaks Ukrainian perhaps you can let us know what they are saying.
