Memorize His verses today! When we seek Him daily and remember His verses every day, we are more prepared for whatever the world throws at us. Today's Bible verse is 1 John 3:18, “Little children, we must not love with word or speech, but with truth and action.”

First John chapter 3 verses 16 through 24 are about love in action. Jesus made the ultimate demonstration of love in action in His willingness to die for us. While it is not likely we will be asked to lay our lives down for another person, it is pretty standard for us to be able to help another person with their needs. In verse 18, John tells us that real love is not expressed simply with words but in our self-sacrificial demonstration of caring for the needs of others.

Number 5 - Scripture is God's wisdom to help us live more productive lives as we fulfill our purpose for His kingdom.
