In this seminar, we will dig into our equity crowdfunding data and examples of equity crowdfunding raises. Your business or venture needs funding. Where can you go beyond the bank, private equity or a family member? The Jobs Act allowed for the crowd to invest in ventures for as little as $100 per investor. This can be a great funding mechanism; however, it is not for every business. Equity Crowdfunding is required to be transacted through a funding portal. We will review certain portals and explain the portal's business model. It may or may not match your needs.
