The state of Missouri’s Attorney General and a brave sheriff are both standing up for the Constitutional rights of citizens by refusing to comply with what they call an illegal order from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). In August, the FBI is reportedly set to audit 24 Missouri counties concerning Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) information.
Last week, the state’s Attorney General Eric Schmitt wrote a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray informing him Missouri state laws prevent federal, state and private entities from obtaining private information regarding concealed carry permits for citizens.
