Buddy Hield highlights the latest Lakers trade rumors as many are suggesting he could be joining the Lakers roster. Last year’s NBA free agency period the Lakers decided to trade for Russell Westbrook instead of Buddy Hield, but ESPN’s Dave McMenamin reported that the Pacers and Lakers are engaged in trade talks. Jimmy Butler is also consuming the latest Lakers rumors as there’s a report that the Heat would be open to trading Butler for Anthony Davis.

One thing I have learned over the last day or two, tangentially, that there has been some talks reengaged between the Lakers and the Pacers that would center around Buddy Hield. And could it be a deal that would include Russell Westbrook, if you’re talking about also having Myles Turner in that deal?
