During this pandemic, most organizations had to adapt many changes. Most businesses had to reinvent products and/or services, staffs have changed, business process has changed, and business strategies had to change. As I thought about the potential silver lining, it is by no choice an opportunity to reinvent - and most likely through technology and training.

So, I asked President Tim Chugh of Epic Education, a leading training solution provider of engineering and technology courses in Canada. More than 70,000 people – spanning a range of industries – have attended an EPIC course. As business leaders navigating this pandemic, how they should be looking at training now and in future?
