Is Joe Biden Preparing To Declare Climate Emergency?

Biden is looking to declare a climate emergency soon, thought it remains unclear on what he can do through executive power. The Majority Report crew discuss and suggest that President Joe Biden to do as much as he can and have the Supreme Court address that climate change cannot be addressed through executive action. What Biden could do is halt cruel oil export, limit drilling, and get FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) to boost renewable energy sources.

the fact that uh in the midst of this unprecedented heat wave in Europe which has already killed over a thousand people and counting, and we're seeing some really hot temperatures here in the united states as well um that mansion kills it just at the same time. Like it's just kind of poetic is it not? There's an interesting dynamic, I don't want to make too much of it but it is interesting because Joe Biden's numbers are i i if not is it historically low if not historically low they're dramatically low. Historically low for a first-term like these are bush-ish numbers in the second year of his presidency in his second term of his pregnancy sorry not pregnancy-
