Research has proven that face masks are effective in slowly the spread of COVID-19, but the debate of whether or not face masks should be mandated rages on between Democrats, Republicans, political elites, health officials, and the American people. James examines how we got here today, and explores the notion that the political elites seem more interested in the politicization of face masks and engaging in self-righteous debate than curbing the spread of the novel coronavirus or actually helping the American working class.
