How to cancel a harbor freight order

Harbor freight wont let you cancel and order,even though they haven't charged your credit card or even processed the order,because its "company policy". I found a way around that company policy. They told me it was going to be 16 weeks before they shipped the tool, and I was having second thoughts anyway, so I asked them to just cancel the order. Nope, cant do it.
