Sourdough Starter is a very easy thing to create, but it will take some time and care.
Sourdough creates lactic acids that help degrade gluten, making it easier to digest and it helps reduce phytic acid, an anti-nutrient, by up to 90%.
It is proving to be something easy to work with and delicious!
