In this episode I had a really informative conversation with Sophie Wedlock-Smith who is a Nutritional Therapist (BA Hons, DipCNM, mBANT, CNHC.)

We are living in a time where we have to start being vigilant with our health and what we put into our bodies. If you have pre-existing health conditions start researching your condition and what type of diet works well with reducing symptoms of your particular condition.
