What Is “Defund the Police” All About?

There are calls from protesters and Black Lives Matter to defund the police. Does that mean abolish the police or just funnel funding from police departments into other community programs? Depends on who you ask. And as protests grow over the death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police, will Trump send in the National Guard?
