Finally after changing all the semiconductor parts we had the "special spike" back...also we changed the scope and lab supply power cables to remove the ground shielding connections...
at the end of this video I somehow mistuned one knob of the output voltage of the function generator, so that the Mosfet did not switch anymore...see next video...
