Police & Civilian Active Shooter Training Demo: My Experience Training with Navy SEAL Rich Graham

Recently I had the pleasure of, once again, heading down to Florida to train with U.S. Navy SEAL Rich Graham (Instagram @fullspectrumwarriorusa ). When I return from these training courses, many people always reach out and ask, "...so what did you learn?"

Since I am NOT a top-tier operator and/or trainer like Rich, I cannot and will not attempt to re-teach his training. However, to appease those asking, I will gladly provide a brief demo of one to the drills.

This one in particular involved an active shooter scenario with "friendly" civilians in the mix. The goal was simple: neutralize the threats without shooting or sweeping civilians. Easier said than done...

Keep in mind this is a snippet of 3 days of training with Navy SEAL Full Spectrum Warrior. Many hours went into the build up to this drill. I highly recommend reaching out to him (Rich) and his team directly if you would like to learn more about what I discuss in this video. His training is second to none and you will not regret it.
